Opening Session

The meeting began with an opening prayer said by the Vice-Principal (Administration). This was followed by a welcome address from the Principal, Mrs. Chinyere Obi, who appreciated the parents for their commitment to the progress of the school.

Matters Discussed

Several issues of importance were discussed during the meeting:

The Principal presented the general academic performance report, noting improvement in Mathematics and English Language but pointing out weaknesses in Science subjects. Parents were encouraged to support their children with extra coaching.
  2. Payment of School Fees
The Treasurer reported that although most parents had paid their wards’ fees promptly, a few cases of delay were recorded. After deliberations, it was agreed that defaulters should be reminded early enough to avoid disruption of school activities.

  5. Upcoming Events
The Principal informed members about the school’s cultural day scheduled for July and called for parental support in showcasing various Nigerian cultures.
